We recognize the unique value your contribution makes to the progress of our company and the communities in which we operate. We are currently looking for an experienced person to occupy the position of Superintendent China Relations and support the GM office function. Reporting to the Chief of Staff , the Superintendent China Relations is responsible for supporting the  China Relations function, ensuring  the team works to fulfil MMG’s Chinese Champion strategy, including developing a close relationship with MMG’s major shareholder and Chinese background stakeholder, improving the business performance by leveraging Chinese strengths and factors, building and maintaining a positive public image for Kinsevere to Chinese and international stakeholders.  The successful candidate will have: 
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in international business
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a mining environment
  • Proven success in a project coordination role
  • Experience at an operating mine site or as a member of a development project owners team will be valued Master’s Degree qualification
  • Additional post graduate qualifications (i.e. MBA, PhD) desirable
  • Language skills: English (essential), Mandarin (essential), French (desirable) This opportunity is being offered as an initial two-year fixed term contract along with 84 days on / 28 days off commute roster supplemented by fully subsidised return flights to your permanent place of residence.
